Call for Abstracts 2019: Rehabilitation in Practice

The LaRSSA conference gives land rehabilitation practitioners across Southern Africa an excellent opportunity to share their experiences and enhance their technical knowledge. LaRSSA’s conference model encourages both scientific research-based papers and case studies to provide an informative, progressive platform for conference delegates.

Two kinds of contributions will be considered:
1. Case studies, which include, but are not limited to, non-replicated field studies and examples of rehabilitation that have been employed at a field site. They could be replicated projects in space and time, not yet subjected to statistical analyses.
2. Advances in the Science, this includes outcomes of replicated laboratory or field research studies.

Conference 2019 Topics

  • The dynamic landscape of rehabilitation: case law, provision and practice
  • Challenges and opportunities with regards to rehabilitation – case studies on improved technology, designs and practices
